Refund policy
How refunds for BillPigeon Pro work on the web and in the app stores.

If you bought in the App Store or Google Play
Apple or Google sold you the subscription, so they decide about refunds. Ask them through the store (in the App Store, via “Report a Problem”; in Google Play, via your order history). We cannot refund store purchases.
If you bought on the web
Write to support@billpigeon.com with the email address of your account. We look at every request and answer it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trial
A new subscriber can try BillPigeon Pro free for 7 days. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged.
Your rights
This policy does not take away any right to cancel or to a refund that the law gives you as a consumer.
